Gas appliances supplied by landlords in tenanted accommodation are, by law, required to be tested and certified on an annual basis.
We are pleased to carry out this service for many local Letting Agents as well as private Landlords and are happy to arrange convenient access times with tenants. We also offer Saturday morning appointments as we know how difficult it can be arranging access during normal working hours.
